# Terms of Use, DRAFT for Paraneuron (website and Parser), 2026-09-17 Status: a plain-language draft for the launch stage: the company website, Parser free to use in the browser as a beta, a waitlist for paid editions, services sold by separate agreement. There was no Terms draft in SOL's set, so this one is new. Blanks are in [square brackets]. I am not a lawyer; the last section lists what a lawyer must confirm. No em dashes. --- ## Terms of Use **Effective date:** [date] ### 1. Who these terms are between These terms are between you and Paraneuron ([legal entity name, once registered], "we"). They cover the website paraneuron.com and the tool Parser at parser.paraneuron.com. By using them you accept these terms. If you use them for an organisation, you accept on its behalf. Our engineering and training services are not covered here. They are provided under a separate written agreement with each client. ### 2. What Parser is Parser is a tool that runs in your browser and helps you read, search, compare and share structured and semi-structured data. It is offered free of charge. It is a **beta**: features may change, and it may contain faults. Paid editions for teams are planned and not yet available. Joining the waitlist is not a purchase and creates no obligation for you or for us. ### 3. Your data stays yours You keep all rights in the data you open in Parser. Parsing happens in your browser and we do not receive that data. Our Privacy Policy explains what is stored on your device and which actions of yours can send data elsewhere. You are responsible for having the right to open and process the data you use with Parser, and for what you do with the results, including anything you export, share or send to an AI provider you connect. ### 4. Things you choose to connect or load Parser lets you connect an AI provider of your choice and load custom decoder code. Those are your choices: - An AI provider you connect is a third party. Your use of it is under your agreement with that provider. We are not responsible for what it does with what you send. - Custom decoder code runs with the access of a web page, including the network. Load only code you trust. We are not responsible for code you load. ### 5. Masking is a help, not a guarantee Parser can mask common kinds of sensitive values. Masking recognises patterns; no pattern list is complete. Always check the output before you share it. Do not rely on Parser as your only safeguard for personal, confidential or regulated data. ### 6. Do not rely on Parser alone for decisions that matter Parser shows you what it found and tells you when it changed or repaired something. It can still be wrong, and unfamiliar formats are structured on a best-effort basis. Check results that matter against the original data, which Parser always keeps available to you. ### 7. Acceptable use Do not use our sites or Parser to break the law, to process data you have no right to process, to attack or overload our sites, or to try to get around their technical limits. Do not present Parser or our site as your own. ### 8. Our rights Parser, its code, its design and the Paraneuron name and marks belong to us. Parser is not open source. Parser runs in your browser, so its code is delivered to your device in order to work. That delivery is not a licence. You may use Parser through our website. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, host, resell or build a product from its code without a written licence from us. Licences for running Parser inside your own systems are available; write to info@paraneuron.com. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve our products without owing you anything. ### 9. No warranty Parser and our website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that Parser will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. ### 10. Limit of liability To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit or loss of business arising from your use of our website or Parser. Because Parser is free, our total liability to you for it is limited to [amount, for example 100 euros]. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. ### 11. Changes and ending We may change Parser, suspend it or stop offering it. We may update these terms; the new version applies from its effective date, and continuing to use the site or Parser means you accept it. You can stop using them at any time; clearing your browser's site data removes what Parser stored on your device. ### 12. Law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of [Turkey], and the courts of [city] have jurisdiction, without removing any protection that the law of your own country gives you as a consumer. ### 13.
